Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at GreenShip. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please review our return and refund policy below for detailed instructions on how to initiate a return, eligibility requirements, and refund timelines.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
  • Items must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition—unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Custom-made products, personalized items, and clearance/sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items (e.g., wrong size, wrong color) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a free return or replacement.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Send an email to our support team at uu.b@greenshipgarden.com with the following information:

  • Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)
  • Photos of the item(s) you wish to return (especially for damaged/defective items)
  • Reason for return (e.g., "wrong size," "defective product," "change of mind")
  • Request: Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.

Package the item(s) securely, include the RA number inside the package, and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged/defective item, wrong product).

Please keep the return tracking number for your records, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

3. Return Processing & Refund Timelines

Once we receive your returned package, we will inspect the item(s) within 3–5 business days to verify eligibility.

If the return is approved:

Refunds: We will process your refund to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 3–5 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges: We will ship the replacement item within 1-3 working days after receiving the exchange you sent back.

If the return is rejected (e.g., item is used, damaged, or missing tags), we will contact you and ship the item back to you at your expense.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
  1. Report the issue to uu.b@greenshipgarden.com within 24 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the damage/defect or incorrect item.
  2. Our team will verify the issue and provide you with either a free return label (for returns) or arrange for a free replacement (no need to return the damaged item in most cases).
  3. Refunds or replacements for damaged/defective/incorrect items will be processed within 3–5 business days of verification.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
  • Custom-made and personalized products (e.g., engraved items, custom-sized clothing)
  • Clearance, sale, or final sale items
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer

6. Refund Exclusions

Shipping costs (for standard or expedited shipping) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged/defective item, wrong product).
If you received free shipping on your order and initiate a return that is not our fault, we will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for free before they are shipped (within 8 hours of payment). To cancel an order, please email uu.b@greenshipgarden.com with your order number and cancellation request.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please follow our return process to return the item(s) after delivery.
