Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment (Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time/EST). Orders placed during holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas) will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently only ship to all states in the contiguous US (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, US protectorates). We do NOT ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, countries/regions outside the U.S., and remote islands.

Delivery time is an estimate and does not include order processing days. Deliveries to remote areas may be delayed by 1–2 days.
5. Lost, Damaged & Delayed Orders
Lost Packages: If there is no logistics update for more than 15 days after shipment, we will offer a free re-delivery or a full refund.
Damaged Items: Please provide clear photos of damaged items within 24 hours of delivery. After verification, we will provide a free re-delivery or a refund; there is no need to return the damaged item.
Delayed Orders: We are not liable for delays caused by uncontrollable factors such as severe weather, customs congestion, or holidays. However, we will assist you in contacting the carrier for inquiry and follow-up.
6. Order Cancellation & Modification
You can cancel your order or modify the shipping address/items for free before shipment (within 8 hours of payment) by contacting our support team at uu.b@greenshipgarden.com
Once the order is shipped, cancellation and modification are no longer available. Please refer to our Return Policy for return procedures.
